The final list of selected candidates for enrollment in the doctoral program in Engineering and Technology will be published on March 12, 2014. Accordingly, the process of enrollment will be conducted on March 13 and 14, 2012. The candidates require to submit the duly filled in Enrolment Form along with the receipt of payment of the Enrollment fees (UCO bank, BESUS branch) to complete the process of enrollment .The date of commencement of the program will remain unaltered.

Ph D programme starts with enrollment and the enrollment is announced twice (1st and 2nd cycle) in a year. Table -1 furnishes the schedule for enrolment in the second cycle for the session 2013-14.

 

  • Start date for application : 3rd Feb, 2014 (Monday)
  • Last date of application and remittance of the fee in the bank : 10 February 2014 (Monday)

In view of the inconvenience concerning remittance of application fees in UBI, the last date for submission of application fees is extended upto February 12, 2014. In case of difficulties in on-line payment in the bank, candidates are advised to pay the application fees in manual mode and to send the scanned copy of the pay-in slip by e-mail to the following address. deanfet@becs.ac.in

Notice Several reports concerning the difficulties in remittance of the application fees , for enrollment in the doctoral program (E&T) 2013 - 14 (2 nd cycle) , on February 10, 2014 and February 12, 2014 have been received by the undersigned. This constrains the publi cation of the provisional list on February 17, 2014. The final list of the eligible candidates who have successfully submitted the on - line applicati on form on or before February 10 will be published on February 21, 2014. The eligible c andidates who have failed to deposit the on - line application fees in UBI on February 10, 2014 and February 12, 2014 , have to deposit the application fees in UBI, BESUS branch on the date of interview/test ( i.e., February 27 and 28, 2014) and have to produce the receipt in the respective departments before they appear for the test/ interview .

Following is the list of candidates who have remitted their application fees for enrollment in the Doctoral program (E&T) 2013-14 (2nd cycle) as per the bank statement. In the case, some name does not appear in the list in spite of successful remittance of the fees, such candidates are advised to e-mail the scanned copy of the receipt and/or candidates copy of the deposit slip to deanfet@becs.ac.in by February 21, 2014.

LIST OF CANDIDATES SELECTED for DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS/SCHOOLS for enrollment to the Ph D programme UNDER THE FACULTY OF BASIC AND APPLIED SCIENCES, 2013-14 has been published. For details please click here - PhD Enrolment (Basic & Applied Sciences), November, 2013 - Candidates Selected for Enrolment. *

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO THE CANDIDATES:

DATES FOR ENROLLMENT: 20th November, 2013 to 6th December, 2013.

FAILURE TO ENROLL WITHIN THE STIPULATED PERIOD LEADS TO CANCELLATION

Pay the enrollment amount (Rs. 1000/-) in the UCO BANK, BESUS branch (Ground Floor, Science and Technology Building)

Use a pay-in-slip (available in the Bank) to remit the application money in A/C No. 2369110000489.

In the pay-in-slip write your name and the dept/school in which you are being enrolled. Write “Ph D enrollment fee” in the slip under the heading ‘Any other’ (item no. 10)

Part of the pay-in-slip need be submitted along with the filled-in enrollment form (to be downloaded)

GET A print out of the enrollment form (the last page of the linked document - PhD Enrolment ((Basic & Applied Sciences), November, 2013 - Candidates Selected for Enrolment); fill-in and submit the same along with the part of the pay-in- slip (marked as admission cell’s copy) and xerox copies of all relevant mark sheets/certificates to the office of the Dean (Faculty of Basic & Applied Sciences), BESU along with the part of the pay-in- slip (marked as admission cell’s copy).

This complete the enrollment and the enrollment certificate may be collected from the department/school on or after 11 December 2013
